What this website does not do

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this website, so no requests go to third-party font services. There are no embedded videos, maps or social media plugins. The link to LinkedIn is an ordinary link, and LinkedIn receives data only if you follow it.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit a page, your browser transmits technical data to the hosting servers, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. This data is needed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and working website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place.

Contact by email

If you write an email, your message and contact details are processed to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. Emails are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to an email delivery service and forwarded to us by email. Nothing is stored on this website. The service is Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, acting as a processor. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
